Whilst defining an ‘object’ as a three dimensional form devised with function in mind the emphasis is on decorative and aesthetic form rather than the functional practicality of product design. ‘Objects’ will continue to explore the innovative use of materials found in the marquetry vases, and further development of these together with a range of bowls and platters is planned.
